Since opening our doors earlier this month we’ve been getting lots of questions.
“What’s pilates?”
“How is pilates different than yoga?”
“What is pilates equipment?”
We decided that explaining these answers is just not enough. To give you a taste of pilates and yoga, we are having a limited number of pop-in classes through the remainder of 2015. Come find out for yourself all that pilates and yoga has to offer.
Classes are $10 and 30 minutes in length. We accept cash, check, or credit card. If you are new to the studio allow time to complete our waiver prior to class. We have a limited number of mats for you to use, but to be safe, bring your own mat. Whether you work or live downtown, drop by and pop in for one of our 30 min pilates or yoga classes. If you like how you feel, consider signing up for an individual session or for one of our four week mat sessions starting in 2016.
